SHIPPING

*Due to the misfortune of Covid-19, we are unable to guarantee delivery at this time. Please select Express Shipping if available in your region for faster delivery times.

 We believe there’s no such thing as “fashionably late” when it comes to packages. For this reason, we prepare and ship your order within 7 business days from receiving payment.

Once your package has been lovingly assembled, wrapped and sent off, we’ll send an update so you can keep a virtual eye on its whereabouts… A little helicopter-parenting never hurt anyone…

We’ve done our best to connect with some awesome delivery providers, but once your package is in their hands, the timeline can vary based on location (plus, who could blame a mailwoman or mailman for getting attached to a Dew envelope). To get an idea of when to expect your order, please check the region-specific details below.

US SHIPPING

After we wave goodbye to packages at our facility (think, old-timey boat launch scene with handkerchiefs in hand), deliveries can take 2-7 business days for US orders depending on your delivery location & shipping provider.

CANADIAN SHIPPING

After we kiss packages goodbye (we promise to leave no lipstick marks), deliveries can take 3 - 20 business days for Canadian orders (thank you, 2020). Canadian deliveries can be delayed due to border and customs processes; please keep this in mind when making your order. In a rush? Choose our express options whenever available.

After we say a bittersweet farewell to your package, deliveries can take 15-26 business days for International orders. International deliveries can be delayed due to border and customs processes; please take this into consideration when making your order.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

It’s not like you’re marrying our products… If it’s not the right fit, no hard feelings. Just email us at redew@dewedit.com as soon as you can (within 7 days would be sweet), so we can work things out.

Every return and exchange is unique, so we treat every scenario at a personal level. To help the process go smoothly, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order and make sure the items are unwashed, unused, and include all original packaging. Any request that doesn’t meet the above requirements will be treated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny a refund should you not meet the above criteria.

Apparel purchases must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your package, and a tracking number must be provided. Apparel returns must be unworn and free from any makeup stains, or the refund/exchange will be denied. All hangtags must be attached at the time of return.

Any packages that meet the above criteria but are received outside the 14 day period for apparel, will only be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Any import duties and taxes are at the discretion of the customs agent at the time of import, these will be your responsibility. Please familiarize yourself with the duties & fees that could be associated to your purchase.

As per usual, sale items, discounts, and coupons are final sale. We hope you understand.

We will try our best to ‘undew’ as much as we can, but please note that shipping costs are paid directly to our providers. For this reason, shipping cost refunds are unavailable. International orders that are unclaimed and returned to us may be eligible for a product refund; however, shipping cost refunds for such orders are also unavailable.

Any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be issued once the return is received. Please remember to keep all receipts and tracking numbers for returned packages.
