We don’t offer special orders per-se, but if you have your eye on something in particular, shoot our team a message and we’ll DEW our best to track down what you’re looking for!
a.) All of our pre-orders will identify the approximate shipping date. Please keep in mind these dates are approximate and may change slightly due to unforeseen circumstances. If you’ve placed an order for both an in stock item and a pre-order item, your in stock item will be reserved for you until the pre-order item is ready to ship! This helps reduce shipping costs and helps our planet!
b.) If you require the instock item sooner, please place a separate order.
Washing scrunchies can be a tricky process! Please check out the product page for directions on how to best wash your item. If your product is no longer listed on our website, please get in touch with our team for assistance!
Tax is charged depending on your area and is automatically calculated per order, please check the tax bracket for your area for more information. If you believe there was a mistake, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us!
If you see a double charge on your account, please make sure that your order was placed only once by checking your order history on your account. After you’ve confirmed this, allow 24 hours for this charge to be reversed on your statement. These temp charges are done by your bank, not by Dew. If your card has been declined for any reason, the money will be held on your card for a 24 hour period until the banks system releases it. If you don’t see the reversal, please get in touch with a member of our team and provide the email address attached to your account, along with your most recent order number.
Not to worry! Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, include your order number & the discount code that you’re wanting to use, we’ll get that done for you in a jiffy! Please keep in mind, most of our discount codes are one use per customer, if you’ve applied this discount code in the past, we won’t be able to adjust this for you.
Unfortunately, not. Our system only allows one discount code per transaction. The good news? You can keep your additional discount code towards your next purchase! (Insider tip: if one of your codes has an expiry, make sure to use that one first ;) ).
While our fulfillment team always does their absolute best to get your packages out as quickly as possible, sometimes this can take a little longer during peak times! Please allow up to 7 business days (no, weekends and holidays don’t count as business days) for your order to be fulfilled. If you’ve waited the full 7 business days and haven’t received a shipping notification, please reach out to a member of our team at email@example.com
Shipping times depend on the type of service that you select, and can vary slightly depending on your location. Please refer to the Shipping Chart for an estimated time frame. *Please keep in mind that these are estimates only, timelines can change depending on a variety of factors. Please be patient with the postal service!!
All of our shipments are sent out by our fulfillment team in Houston, TX. Yes, we’d love to have another location in Canada, but we’re not quite there yet!
As much as we would all love for duties & taxes not to exist, they’re here to stay people! While not all orders are charged duties & taxes, this is up to the discretion of the receiving customs agent and is the responsibility of the customer (you!). Please keep this in mind when checking out.
If you received the incorrect product, please get in touch with a member of our team right away by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to include your order number along with a photo of the item(s) you received by mistake.
a.) Every return and exchange is unique, so we treat every scenario at a personal level. To help the process go smoothly, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order and make sure the items are unwashed, unused, and include all original packaging. Any request that doesn’t meet the above requirements will be treated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny a refund should you not meet the above criteria.
b.) 7 - 30 days qualifies for an exchange
c.) Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Apparel purchases must be returned to us with tracking within 14 days of receiving your package. Returns received outside of the 14 day period may qualify for exchange/store credit.
d.) All returns must be sent back with a tracking number. Please keep tracking receipts on hand until your refund has been processed.
e.) The refund will be issued once the return is received.
As per usual, sale items, discounts, and coupons are final sale. We hope you understand.
Please send an email to our team at email@example.com. Include your order number, item(s) that you are returning, and the reason for return. If your return is approved, our team member will provide you with a return form & the necessary details. Please ensure all returns are mailed back within 7 days of approval.
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, our fulfillment team may take up to 7 days to quality check your item(s). Once this has been completed, you should receive a refund notification email. After the notification email has been received, the refund can take anywhere from 5 - 10 days to appear on your account. *This timing depends on your bank’s policy.
Our Scrunchie Gang Facebook Groups is one of the best spots to trade Dews! Perhaps there is another member looking for the exact Dew that you’re trying to swap! *All trades are an agreement between customers. Dew is not responsible for trades made within this group.
Past purchases are not recognized through the loyalty program. Your points will accumulate from the date of initial program date or sign up date, whichever comes first.
